Seb here. Hope you all had a good intro to the fall period this September! We shipped new useful features 60%+ faster this month compared to August, so there's a lot to cover. Here's a quick rundown of what we built for you.

1. Offer flexibility to your customers with split invoices

Now you can offer your customers the option to pay in instalments instead of requiring them to pay the entire invoice amount up front. The video below explains most of it.

2. Get up to 1% cashback when paying invoices

The cashback system works for all invoices sent via Dealflow. The faster your pay, the more cashback you get.

3. Stay on top of debt collection with timeline

It’s now easier than ever to stay on top of debt collection. Just check out the payment timeline.

4. Pay with card when it’s not available

As a payor, you sometimes get invoices that don’t have a card checkout connected to it. This is now easy to solve immediately with our new popup - without every contacting the sender of the invoice. It works like this.

5. Automatically remind payors to include the invoice number

All invoices and manual bank transfers will now include a reminder to payors that helps them remember to put in the invoice number as a reference. We can more easily match transactions this way.

6. See dates with clearer formats

Now it’s even easier to immediately understand what month and date an invoice is from. It was a quick fix since we just refined the date format.

7. Experience panels with smoother flows

We’re constantly working on making our panel dynamics more smooth. This time we updated a few things like greying out a transaction if it’s selected and removing unnecessary animations.

As always, we have upgraded the platform in various ways across all functions. Some of the upgrades this month includes: better reminders for payors, better UX in the pay tab, smoother flows on all panels and much more.

What’s next?

• Shop link: This will be one of our first releases this month. Charge many different customers with the same link. It works like a normal webshop and can be created via 3 simple steps.

• Account payments: Skip the hefty card checkout fee by charging your customers directly from their bank account, automatically.

• Notifications tab: Stay on top of all relevant notifications, such as new incoming payments, via a simple dropdown.

• Instant payout and credit tab: We know a lot of you are waiting for this. The initial foundation for our credit scoring systems are currently being optimised, and there's a few things left before we can reactivate this feature for most customers. More info will follow over the next months.
